Wholly Smokin' Downtown BBQ Florence, SC
Wholly Smokin' Downtown Florence, SC pt 1
Wholly Smokin' Downtown BBQ had an echo problem. The servers could not hear the orders. The usual packed house, music, and fine wine created an inaudible situation.
In their quest for wall treatment. They decided on four custom sized diffusors to be placed in the dining room. Two things that they wanted was to control the echo and maintain the theme of the restaurant.
The result was a parquet folk pattern (done Schroeder style) with a side of checkerboard (done Skyline style). With a rustic pig placed on top to complete the look of their logo.
The rest is history. Happy servers and customers with an improved audible situation. Echo problem solved.

The back wall of the control room had a window removed recently. The new flat wall provided too much of a slap back type echo so a sound diffuser was needed to re-direct the sound during playback. While under construction we added a few other things in the tracking room. Check out the pics.
